Welcome to Lemonvolt, an AgenticHiring Platform (“AHP”) owned and operated by Linksoft Technologies Inc.(“Linksoft,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using Lemonvolt’s website, software, or related services(collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service(“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Lemonvolt provides a software-as-a-service(SaaS) platform that assists organizations with talent acquisition workflowsusing AI-driven voice and conversational agents. These agents can performrecruiting-related tasks such as candidate communication, scheduling, andinterview assistance, under human oversight.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old andcapable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using Lemonvolt,you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

You will be required to create an accountto access certain the platform. You are responsible for maintaining theconfidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Use of the Services

You agree to use Lemonvolt only for lawfulpurposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software;
• Use the Services to collect or process personal data without     proper consent;
• Use the Services to send spam or misleading communications;
• Interfere with the security, performance, or availability of     the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, andtrademarks associated with Lemonvolt are the property of Linksoft TechnologiesInc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivativeworks without our written consent.

7. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Lemonvolt uses autonomous AI agents toassist with recruiting workflows. While our AI agents are designed to improveefficiency and accuracy, decisions made based on AI outputs should be reviewedby human users. Linksoft is not liable for errors, omissions, ormiscommunications arising from AI-generated content or actions.

8. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features may require apaid subscription. All fees are billed as described on our pricing page or inyour agreement. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law orexpressly stated otherwise.

9. Data Handling and Privacy

Your use of Lemonvolt is subject to our Privacy Policy,which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law,Linksoft Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, orbusiness, arising from or related to your use of Lemonvolt.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “asavailable.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding theirreliability, accuracy, or suitability for your specific needs.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access tothe Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination,your right to use Lemonvolt will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by andconstrued in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regardto conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time totime. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effectivedate. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
